Invitation & Eligibility

Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete invites all qualified UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates for the 2026/2027 Undergraduate Pre-Admission Registration and Screening Exercise.

Candidates whose first choice institution is KWASU, Malete.
Candidates willing to change to KWASU as their first choice institution. Such candidates must complete the change of institution process on the JAMB Portal before registration.

        Admission Assessment Formula

        UTME/DE Score: 70%
Five Relevant O’Level Subjects: 30%
Wrong entries will lead to automatic disqualification.

                Five O’Level credits in relevant subjects at not more
                than two sittings.
            
                MBBS applicants must possess the required credits
                in one sitting only.
            
                Candidates awaiting O’Level results may apply but
                will only be considered when their results become
                available before the end of the admission exercise.

Registration Fee

        Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of
        ₦2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira Only).
    

How to Apply

Visit https://portal.kwasu.edu.ng/ug/admissions or go to portal.kwasu.edu.ng and click Post-UTME Registration.
Click on Verify Your Details.
Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
Complete the basic information page using a valid personal phone number and email address.
Click Verify and proceed to payment.
On the payment review page, click Proceed and then Pay Now.
Enter your ATM Card details (MasterCard, Visa Card or Verve Card).
Enter the OTP sent to your phone and complete payment.
After successful payment, login using your JAMB Registration Number and the password sent to your email.
Click on My Application and complete the registration process.
Print your completed registration form and payment receipt.

Important Notice

Falsification of Citizenship Certificates or any other admission documents will lead to disqualification and/or prosecution.

Admission is subject to verification of credentials, programme requirements, approved admission quotas and university regulations.
