It was a mammoth crowd that gathered for the fidau for the late Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council of Kwara State University, Malete, Professor AbdulGaniyu Ambali OON.
The prayer which held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at his Oloje Estate residence had in attendance the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON; the Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Engineer Salihu Yakubu Danladi; the Mutawalle of Ilorin, Dr. Alimi AbdulRazaq; members of the Kwara State Executive Council; members of the Governing Council of Kwara State University, Malete; staff of the institution; and dignitaries from all walks of life.
