Welcome Note
The Faculty educates the next generation of scientists, technologists, and engineers equipped to solve real problems and provide leadership for the economic and social transformation of Kwara State, Nigeria, and the world. Undergraduate students engage in community service (COBEP), industrial attachments, and a two‑semester final‑year project to build practical and research competencies.

Vision • Mission • Goals
Vision: To become one of the best Faculties of Engineering and Technology in Nigeria and the continent, advancing engineering dynamically and graduating environmentally conscious leaders for both public and private sectors, locally and in the diaspora.
Mission: To develop into a national engineering and technology resource hub that supports the development and economic diversification of Kwara State and Nigeria—responsive to government, industry, and society.
Goal: To produce the manpower required to revolutionize local, national, and international sectors of the economy.

- Faruk Obasanjo Adekola (Electrical & Computer Engineering): First National Runner‑up at the 6th CODET Engineering Graduate Competition, 2023.
- Team of Sodiq Olamide Olaitan, Fawaz Afolami Arowoduye, and Muhiz Akangbe (Materials Science & Engineering) supervised by Engr. Dr. Sefiu A. Bello: Best Engineering Students Project Competition (Group Category), 2023 — North Central Zone.
- Acquisition of a universal tensile testing machine for research and IGR enhancement.
- Recognition as a pioneer university running Aeronautics & Astronautics Engineering in Nigeria.
The Faculty continues to float programme options aligned to community development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
