The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Shaykh-Luqman Alade Jimoh, has approved the appointment of Professor Taibat Moji Yusuf as the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Head of Ilesha-Baruba Campus.
The letter conveying the Vice-Chancellor’s approval, which was signed by the Registrar and dated October 15, 2027, added that the appointment would be for 2 years.
Professor Taibat Moji Yusuf of the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension Services joined Kwara State University in July, 2013, and rose to the rank of Professor in 2022.
She holds a Ph.D. Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and received the 2014 D’LINGA Distinguished Leadership Award in National Development.
Professor Yusuf is a 2015 Fellow of the Strategic Institute for Natural Resources and Human Development.
She is a member, Agricultural Economics Society (AES), member, African Association of Agricultural Economists (AAAE), and member, Nigerian Association of Agricultural Economists (NAAE).
