The Osi campus of Kwara State University is nestled in the tranquil town of Osi in the Ekiti Local Government Area.

This campus is home to the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, which includes the departments of Fine and Applied Arts, Geography, Urban and Regional Planning, and Estate Management.

The formal inauguration of the campus was performed by the Executive Governor of Kwara State and Visitor to the University, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
