Meet KWASU’s Ayinla Ousmane Bamidele, popularly called Coach

He is among the eleven Nigerians appointed by the Federation of Africa University Sports (FASU) to key committees of the Federation with the aim of broadening representation, diversifying perspectives to boost decision-making, and programme development.

Coach Ayinla’s appointment is to the Technical and Sports Regulations Committee of FASU and the appointment is in recognition of his valuable expertise and experience.

Ayinla Ousmane Bamidele is a basketball coach, a technical director with Kwara State Basketball Association, a technical member of Nigeria Basketball Federation, and technical member of Nigeria Wheelchair Basketball Association.

He is a retired professional basketball player with Stade Abidjan, Bouake Braccody Cote d,Ivore and Milliana Basketball club of Algiers.

Coach is a graduate of Physical and Health Education from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
