KWASU Man O’War Cadet Unit Inaugurates New Executive Council
A new Executive Council of the Kwara State University (KWASU) Cadet Unit of Man O’War Nigeria was inaugurated on Thursday, June 18, 2026, during the Unit’s 3rd Passing-Out Parade.
The event also featured the decoration of the Dean, Students’ Affairs Unit, Professor Sheu Adua, and Professor Sunday Awe as National Patrons of Man O’War Nigeria in recognition of their support for the organisation.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Kwara State Commandant of Man O’War Nigeria, MC Hussein Abdullahi, commended the university management for its support and urged it to sustain its commitment to the organisation. He noted that Man O’War Nigeria has continued to promote discipline, leadership, and peaceful coexistence among students.
The newly inaugurated executives are ASM II Abdulmuiz Adebayo Adegbite (Coordinator-in-Chief), Chief Inspector Olawale Samuel (Deputy Coordinator-in-Chief), Inspector Jimba Abdulganiy (Chief Training and Operations Officer), and Onayemi Gorgeous (Adjutant General).
Other members of the executive include Jaayeola Abdulwasiu (Director of General Protocol), Adesope Omololu Ayomide (Principal Store Officer), and Honor Innocent (Head of Vault).
