Kwara State University, Malete, was duly represented by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh and other staff at the 11th Association of West African Universities Conference, AWAU 2026, which held from 17th to 20th February, 2026 at the Bintumani Conference Centre, Freetown. It was themed, “Research Culture: Bridging Innovation with Quality Assurance in West Africa.”
Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh delivered a goodwill message on behalf of the KU8+, the Consortium of Universities in Kwara State, Nigeria.
